We’re looking for a caring, professional and emotionally intelligent person to join our team as a Funeral Arranger / Conductor / Director.

About the Role

As a Funeral Arranger / Conductor / Director, you’ll play an important role in every stage of the funeral journey — from the first conversation with a family through to the service itself.

Your role will include:

- Arranging and conducting funeral services with professionalism, warmth and attention to detail.

- Supporting families and guiding them through the funeral arrangement process.

- Assisting with deceased transfers during business hours.

- Performing mortuary preparations and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

- Coordinating the many details involved in delivering a seamless funeral service.

- Completing administrative and operational tasks.

- Working collaboratively with funeral directors, arrangers,



conductors and management.

- Participating in the after-hours phone and on-call roster.

- A professional appearance and presentation.

- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

- The physical capability required to perform the duties of the role.

- A current and valid driver’s licence.

- A commitment to workplace health and safety.

- A willingness to learn and develop within the funeral profession.
