ABOUT THE ROLE

Backam Group is currently seeking motivated and reliable Pallet Repairer/ Washer for an ongoing opportunity based in Wetherill Park, NSW.

This is an excellent entry-level position suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on physical work and are looking for long-term employment with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities.

- Location: Wetherill Park, NSW
- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 6:30am - 2:00pm $33.05ph
- Close to public transport
- Ongoing Position
- Temp to Perm Prospect

Working within a busy industrial environment, you will be responsible for repairing, cleaning, and maintaining pallets while ensuring a safe and productive workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Repairing damaged pallets using hand and pneumatic tools
- Pressure washing pallets to company standards
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting throughout the shift
- Sorting and stacking pallets




- General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
- Following workplace safety procedures
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

ABOUT YOU

You are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks in an industrial setting.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

✔ Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
✔ Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
✔ Ability to complete repetitive tasks with attention to detail
✔ Reliable transport or ability to access public transport
✔ Commitment to workplace safety
✔ Previous labouring, warehouse, manufacturing or factory experience advantageous, but not essential
