Lead clinical practice and support multidisciplinary teams

SSI is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced allied health professionals interested in providing clinical leadership, supervision and practice support within a multidisciplinary service workplace.

This role will play a key leadership function, supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed and family-centred services. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will provide professional supervision, guide clinical practice, support service innovation and contribute to safe, inclusive and effective service delivery.

We are interested in hearing from professionals who bring:

- Relevant allied health qualifications and current professional registration, accreditation or membership.
- Experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring or practice leadership within allied health services.
- Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention and multidisciplinary service delivery.




- Experience supporting quality practice, documentation standards and clinical governance requirements.
- A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, continuous improvement and client-centred outcomes.
