For almost 20 years, Blow has been a destination in Brisbane's hair and beauty landscape. Our home in the Albion Fine Trades precinct was designed with every detail in mind: soaring ceilings, natural light, generously spaced stations and a private Basin Room. Hair and beauty sit together under one roof, with five treatment rooms alongside the salon floor.

We've built a culture at Blow that truly supports our team. We have a saying: we're all on the same train, heading in the same direction. Without our team, there's no train, and without the train, there's no Blow.

Our clients come for the experience: barista coffee, a spritz while they unwind, and a team who make them feel looked after from the moment they walk in. We look after our team the same way.

- Senior and Master Hairdressers who bring refined skills, high standards and an eye for detail. For the right people, there are real opportunities to step into management or education.

- Stylists, newly qualified to 5 years, ready to build a loyal clientele. We'll back you with coaching and business education focused on relationships, rebooking and retention, the foundations of a strong column.

- Apprentices who are eager, reliable and ready to learn.



Our structured training program guides you from your first day on the floor through to qualified stylist.
