Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced Pick Packers and Warehouse Operators to join our team at busy pharmaceutical distribution sites in Pemulwuy and Eastern Creek, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and experienced warehouse workers looking for ongoing casual Monday to Friday ongoing work within a rapid-paced pharmaceutical and distribution environment.

Locations & Shifts

Pemulwuy: 7:00am or 8:00am starts. Ability to lift up to 15kg.

Eastern Creek: 7:00am or 8:00am starts. Chiller/cold room experience required for Coldchain roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack pharmaceutical products using RF scanners
- Check products for errors and discrepancies
- Handle products up to 15kg, or up to 25kg for Coldchain
- Work in 2–8°C conditions for Coldchain positions
- General warehouse duties and pallet handling
- Follow strict safety,



quality and security procedures

To Be Successful
- Previous warehouse experience
- RF scanning experience essential
- Pharmaceutical experience highly regarded
- Chiller/cold room experience required for Coldchain
- Pallet riding experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and mature
- Good manual handling ability
