Your new role:

Lead the design, development and optimisation of enterprise data engineering, reporting, integration and cloud data platforms across Metro South Health. Working with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders, you'll transform complex data into trusted intelligence while guiding BI developers, driving technical innovation and strengthening the Health Service's data capabilities.

About you:

You're a passionate data and BI professional who loves solving complex problems, working with people and using technology to turn healthcare data into insights that make a real difference.

- Bring strong SQL, data engineering and ETL expertise across modern data environments.
- Have experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and/or AWS.
- Enjoy designing scalable data solutions, pipelines and reporting that make complex information easier to understand and use.
- Build trusted partnerships with clinical, operational and executive teams to understand their needs and deliver meaningful solutions.
- Share your knowledge by mentoring others, championing best practice and embracing new technologies and ways of working.
