About the role

As a Junior Sales Associate at REMAX Revolution Pimpama, you will work side-by-side with the business owners themselves, receiving hands-on experience and personal mentorship from two of the region's top-performing principals. Key responsibilities

- Prospecting and generating leads (calls, door knocking, letterbox drops)

- Hosting open homes and private inspections

- Scheduling and coordinating client meetings

- Managing client databases efficiently

- Participating in photoshoots and staging sessions

- Overseeing building inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement steps

- Keeping the team's energy and momentum high

About you

- Valid QLD Sales Registration & Driver's Licence

- Thrive on challenges and love smashing through targets

- Resilient, confident, and driven to succeed

- Able to juggle tasks with ease and stay cool under pressure

- Hungry to learn and ready to roll up your sleeves

- Previous Real Estate experience is not necessary
