We're looking for a Casual Compliance Officer to support our People, Safety and Operational teams by ensuring employees maintain the licences, qualifications, medicals and compliance requirements needed to perform their roles.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating National Criminal History Checks and pre-employment screening requirements
- Monitoring employee licences, medicals, inductions and qualifications
- Managing training, competency and compliance records
- Following up employees and managers regarding expiring compliance requirements




- Supporting onboarding and ensuring new starters meet all pre-employment requirements
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
- Assisting with audits, reporting and compliance initiatives
- Working closely with Talent, People & Culture, Safety and Operational teams

What We're Looking For

- Previous administration, compliance, HR, recruitment or transport experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence managing confidential information
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
