About the role
Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is looking for three Administrative Assistants to join our Shepparton team.
Working as part of our legal team and reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, you'll provide a mix of administrative and reception support to help keep the office running smoothly.
Your day-to-day work will include data entry, preparing documents, managing files and providing general administrative support. You'll also be one of the first points of contact for our clients, welcoming people to the office and responding to enquiries in person and over the phone.
This is a busy and varied role where you'll work closely with lawyers and other staff to help provide quality legal services to the local community.
We have three positions available
- 1 x full time ongoing position
- 1 x part-time ongoing position (0.4 FTE)
- 1 x maximum-term parental leave position (0.6 FTE) to September 2027
This role is based at our Shepparton office on Yorta Yorta and Bangerang Country.
