About the role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the overnight operations of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

- Providing warm, professional and efficient service to guests throughout their stay

- Managing check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries

- Handling reservations, room allocations and guest requests

- Processing payments and completing daily financial transactions

- Conducting the overnight audit and balancing hotel accounts

- Preparing and reviewing daily reports

- Responding to guest requests and resolving issues in a professional manner

- Conducting regular overnight security and safety checks

- Monitoring the hotel and responding appropriately to any incidents or emergencies

- Maintaining accurate records and completing all required night audit procedures

About you

- Previous experience in hotel reception, guest services or night audit

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Confident working independently and making appropriate decisions overnight





- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

- Reliable, responsible and well presented

- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations

- Good computer skills and the ability to learn hotel systems quickly

- Flexible and available to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays

- Previous Opera PMS experience and Night Audit experience will be highly regarded
