About the role
Reporting to the Planning Manager and partnering closely with the Buying team, you will take ownership of the Intimates category, driving sales, margin and inventory performance across the full product lifecycle. This is a highly commercial role where you will shape the financial strategy for the range and influence key trading decisions.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and deliver seasonal financial plans for the Intimates category, including sales, margin, stock and OTB
- Partner with Buying on range architecture, assortment planning and option counts to maximise category performance
- Manage OTB and inventory flow to ensure optimal stock levels and healthy stock turn
- Lead weekly in-season trade analysis, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions such as reorders, markdowns and promotional activity
- Build and manage store grading and allocation strategies in collaboration with the Allocation team
- Analyse sales trends, customer insights and competitor activity to inform future planning




- Present category performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence

About you

- Proven experience in a Merchandise Planner role within apparel retail, ideally with exposure to intimates, lingerie, sleepwear or basics
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to trade
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning systems
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced trading workplace
