Motorama Ford Pre-Owned & Chery New is seeking a motivated and reliable Yard Hand / Detailer to join our professional team in Moorooka. In this hands-on role, you'll play an important part in creating a excellent first impression for our customers by ensuring our vehicles are presented to the highest standard and our dealership grounds remain clean, tidy, and welcoming.

What You'll Be Doing

- Washing, detailing, rinsing and vacuuming vehicles to showroom standards

- Moving and positioning vehicles throughout the dealership yard

- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the dealership grounds

- Ensuring vehicles are displayed professionally and safely

- Following workplace safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE when required

- Working both independently and as part of a team to achieve daily goals

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- A current manual driver's licence

- Previous experience in vehicle detailing, yard operations, or a similar role

- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

- The ability to follow instructions and work independently when required

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude

- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- A commitment to workplace health and safety, including the use of PPE
