Experienced Appointment Setter – Remote / Work from Home

Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00am – 3:00pm & 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Pay: $1,050 per week + uncapped commissions

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who knows their way around a phone and doesn't need hand-holding.

The role is a mix of outbound and inbound calls. You'll qualify prospects and book them in with our Sales Strategists. Your job is to have good conversations, work out who's a genuine fit, and get the right people into the calendar.

The 5pm to 6pm block is when a lot of our clients are free to talk after work, so it's often the best hour of the day.

What You'll Be Doing

- Outbound calling - generating interest from older enquiries

- Calling warm and new leads provided by the business

- Running structured conversations to identify suitable prospects





- Booking qualified appointments for the Sales team

- Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date

- Hitting daily and weekly booking targets

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling or phone sales

- Confidence on the phone and the ability to build rapport quickly

- Resilience. Rejection doesn't slow you down

- Self-motivation. You manage your own day without someone watching over you

- Ability to follow a framework while still sounding like a real person

- A reliable computer, stable internet and a quiet, dedicated space to work from
