About the role

The Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the production of Creative Native products with our co-manufacturing partners. This role will be the key point of coordination between Creative Native and our co-manufacturers, ensuring production is planned, communicated and delivered in line with business requirements. The role will involve coordinating production schedules, monitoring stock and product requirements, working with suppliers and co-manufacturers, and keeping internal stakeholders informed of production progress and any issues that may impact supply. This is a hands-on coordination role that requires someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate production requirements with Creative Native's co-manufacturing partners
- Prepare and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, stock levels and business requirements
- Confirm production dates, quantities, product specifications and expected completion dates with co-manufacturers
- Monitor production progress and follow up on outstanding actions
- Identify potential delays, supply issues or production constraints and escalate these early
- Develop positive and effective working relationships with co-manufacturers and key suppliers
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day production coordination




- Monitor finished goods requirements and upcoming production needs
- Ensure production is undertaken in accordance with approved product specifications and processes
- Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Sales and Finance to coordinate production requirements

About you

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive and willing to follow things through rather than wait for someone else
- Confident communicating with suppliers, co-manufacturers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business
- Commercially minded and able to understand the impact of production delays or stock shortages on the wider business
- Robust with administration, documentation and systems
- 1–3 years' experience in production coordination, supply chain, purchasing, operations, manufacturing support, or a similar role
- Experience coordinating with manufacturers, co-manufacturers or production suppliers is highly regarded
- Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets
