Company
A well-established specialist ground engineering and foundations contractor with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex piling, shoring and complete basement packages across the East Coast.
With multiple live projects on the Gold Coast and a strong pipeline of residential high-rise and commercial work, the company is looking to strengthen its project delivery team.

Position
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of piling, shoring and basement packages. Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating site operations, plant, materials and subcontractors
- Managing programs, daily reporting and progress tracking
- Assisting with method statements, ITPs, risk assessments and quality documentation
- Liaising with clients, consultants, site teams and internal management
- Monitoring productivity, costs and safety performance
- Supporting the Construction Manager / Project Manager on multiple concurrent sites

You

- Degree-qualified (Civil / Construction / Geotechnical preferred) or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer / Site Engineer on piling, foundations, shoring or basement projects
- Strong understanding of CFA,



bored piles, secant walls, CSM or similar ground engineering methods
- Confident dealing with programs, quality, safety and client communication
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced site workplace
- Gold Coast or South-East Queensland based candidates preferred
