Current Solutions in New South Wales is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for home health to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes.
This full time role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation to improve mobility and daily function.
The ideal candidate has at least nine months of PT experience, a CAPTE-approved master's degree, and current CPR certification.
Community/home health experience is preferred; advantages include health, retirement, and PTO.
