We're looking for an experienced
Barista & Café Front of House team member
to join our friendly, family-run café.
n
We're after someone who loves excellent coffee, enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Barista experience is essential
, however, we're more than happy to provide further training and development on the job to help you grow your skills.
n
We trade
7 days a week, serving breakfast and lunch
, with occasional functions and evening work throughout the year.
What you'll be doing n
n
Preparing and serving quality coffee to a high standard
n
Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages
n
Providing friendly, attentive customer service
n
Using your menu and product knowledge to make recommendations and answer customer questions
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented café
n
Working efficiently and calmly in a busy, fast-paced environment
n




Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily service
n
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and cleanliness
n
What we're looking for n
A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
n
Someone who takes pride in their work and presentation
n
The ability to work well within a team
n
Positive time management and the ability to work confidently in a busy environment
n
RSA preferred, but not essential
n
A willingness to learn -
further training and development provided on the job
