The role offers % clinic-based work with % community visits across Melbourne's western suburbs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care to NDIS participants of all ages.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of post-grad experience, AHPRA registration, and the ability to work across paediatric and adult presentations.
