Dental Assistant / Receptionist
to join our welcoming team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry and loves creating a positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door.
About the Role n
As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play an important part in supporting our dentists, keeping our clinics running smoothly and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing chairside assistance to our dentists
n
Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with sterilisation and infection control
n
Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, qualified experience
n
Managing appointments, bookings and patient records
n
Responding to phone and patient enquiries
n
Processing payments,



billing and other reception duties
n
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day practice operations
n
What We're Looking For n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in dental assisting and/or dental reception
n
A warm, friendly and professional approach with patients and colleagues
n
Solid organisation and communication skills
n
Confidence managing a range of clinical and administrative responsibilities
n
A reliable, adaptable and proactive attitude
n
A willingness to learn, develop and support the team wherever needed
n
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in dentistry
