Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator for our gym and swim facility in Gympie, Queensland. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will lead customer service staff and ensure delivery of a first‐class experience for members and guests, aligning with our mission and values.
You will oversee enrolments into learn-to-swim and related programs, manage cash and POS transactions, and ensure staff are informed about services.
