Knox Private Hospital in Victoria is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join the ICU. You will provide expert clinical care, lead evidence-based practice, mentor nursing staff, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives in a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, 4+ years post-graduate ICU experience, and postgraduate critical care qualifications (or underway). Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
