Mater Newstead is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join our high-performing HR team. You will partner with leaders to navigate complex employee relations matters, provide expert guidance, and shape workplace strategies that drive meaningful outcomes.

This role involves advising on ER issues, managing sensitive cases, coaching leaders, and delivering ER training while contributing to policy development and continuous improvement across a large not-for-profit health network.
