This opportunity will suit a motivated lawyer with
at least 5 years' PQE
across
M&A;, corporate advisory, private transactions and/or ECM
, gained from a respected law firm or in‐house workplace.
The team advises across: n
n
Private M&A; and corporate transactions
n
Capital markets and capital raisings
n
Listings and ECM matters
n
Venture capital and growth‐stage investments
n
Corporate governance and advisoryCommercial contracts and strategic arrangements
n
n
You will have the prospect to play a significant role on transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with partners who are deeply invested in the growth of the practice.
