Optus is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to draft, review and negotiate customer contracts, and to support the Optus Wholesale Division in diverse legal and commercial contract matters.
You will oversee pre-signing activities and ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across contracts.
Key requirements include a law degree, extensive drafting and negotiation experience, and the ability to draft bespoke terms with minimal precedents.
Telecommunications familiarity is desirable.
