Job Description
Sharp and Carter in Brisbane seeks a seasoned People and Culture Operations Lead to oversee ER/IR, compliance and HR operations at scale. You will guide governance frameworks, partner with senior leaders and drive effective people processes in a dynamic setting.

You will lead a team responsible for HR administration, HRIS enhancements and data analytics to support evidence-based decisions, while applying the Fair Work Act, Contemporary Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
