Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Maintenance Officer to deliver general maintenance and repairs of buildings, fixtures and fittings across our aged care facilities.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure maintenance tasks follow the Maintenance Plan and meet safety standards to provide a pleasant setting for residents, staff and visitors.
You will inspect and coordinate contractor work, manage budgets and work orders, and ensure compliance with legislation.
