Disability Support Worker - Cleaning, Domestic Assistance and Personal Care n
A disability support worker role providing personal care, in-home supports and community access services to disability and aged care clients, with a focus on encouraging client independence and delivering personalised assistance.

Key responsibilities
n
Provide in-home supports including cleaning and assistance with domestic activities
n
Assist with meals and snack preparation
n
Perform house duties including laundry and empty pet litter trays
n
Travel to appointments
n
Provide community access
n
Provide social support
n
About you
n
Experience working with disability and aged care clients is mandatory
n
Cert IV in Disability Services, Mental Health, Home & Community Care or Aged Care Services or Individual Support is mandatory
n
Current Australian driver's licence and own car with comprehensive insurance
