The Maintenance Caretaker role includes site visits to Nerang, Southport and Slacks Creek, with regular travel between sites and after-hours responsibilities as directed.
The role covers preventative maintenance, minor repairs, janitorial relief, and coordinating external tradespeople under the guidance of the Housing Co-ordinator to keep housing complexes secure and well-presented.
