About the Role n
As a Parts Salesperson, you will provide parts support to both internal departments and external customers, ensuring parts requests are handled efficiently and professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include: n

Assisting customers with parts enquiries and sales
n
Sourcing and identifying parts using electronic catalogues and databases
n
Ordering, quoting, receipting and invoicing parts
n
Managing incoming stock and freight deliveries
n
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
n




Supporting the promotion and growth of the Parts Department
n
Maintaining accurate records and inventory systems
n
