What you'll do




Own day-to-day store operations end-to-end
Recruit, train and lead the team, setting the tone for culture and standards
Maintain product quality and consistency across every shift
Drive sales performance through genuine upselling and customer experience
Report on store performance and work closely with the wider Dottie's team
