Job Description
BevChain's Oakdale warehouse seeks an experienced Customer Engagement Lead to oversee the seamless delivery of logistics and operational services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will link customers, operations, and service providers to drive service excellence across the business, with continuous improvement and SLA compliance at the core.

This is a 6-month maximum-term contract with adaptable start times between 6:30am and 9:30am, Monday to Friday, 8-hour workdays.
