ABOUT THE ASSISTANT CLUB MANAGER ROLE:
n
We are looking for a Casual Assistant Club Manager who has demonstrated experience in a similar position. The right candidate will assist the Club Manager with day-to-day club operations, help drive sales and grow the gym's membership base, help provide a protected, clean gym floor for members to train in, and bring fun, engaging energy to our growing gym community.

We are entering into a very exciting time in the next few months as we are getting ready to open!
We're looking for someone who:

Demonstrates their passion for health and fitness;

Does their absolute best in achieving results for themselves, their team and Summit members.

As the successful candidate, you'll have:
n
n
Minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness required
n
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
The ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people
n
Excellent customer service and people skills
n
The ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team
n
The ability to contribute to a vibrant, fun and positive gym workplace
n
n

The position will start as a casual role, approximately hours per week.
