Holly & Ivy is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Retail Team Members to join our stores at Highpoint and Westfield Doncasterfor the Christmas season.
n
We're looking for confident retail people who love providing exceptional customer service, working with beautiful products and being part of the energy of Christmas retail.
n
Successful applicants will be based at either our Highpoint or Westfield Doncaster store, depending on their preferred location, availability and our rostering requirements.
About the role n
As part of our seasonal retail team, you'll help deliver a warm and memorable Holly & Ivy experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities n
n
Providing friendly, confident and attentive customer service
n
Assisting customers with product selection and purchases
n
Processing sales accurately through our POS system
n
Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising standards
n
Keeping the store beautifully presented throughout the day
n
Receiving, unpacking and moving stock as required
n




Assisting with opening and closing procedures
n
Supporting the team during busy Christmas trading periods
n
About you n
n
Previous experience in a fast-paced retail workplace
n
Robust customer service and communication skills
n
Confidence using POS systems and processing transactions
n
Excellent presentation and attention to detail
n
A proactive, hands‐on approach
n
Reliability and solid time management
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Confidence working in a busy environment with multiple customers
n
Previous retail experience is essential
