Tenterfield Shire Council is seeking a full time Leading Hand (Roads – Sealed) to join our Infrastructure team in Tenterfield, NSW. You will supervise sealed road maintenance and rehabilitation, mentor staff and contractors, and ensure protected, productive delivery of works in a regional setting.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory civil construction experience, WHS expertise, and current Traffic Controller qualifications, along with an NSW HR licence.
