purpose-led organisation within the disability, aged care and human services sector
to appoint an experienced
Executive Manager, Governance, Risk, Assurance, & Evaluation (GRACE)
.
The chance n
This role will lead the organisation's approach to:
n
n
Governance and organisational integrity
n
Enterprise risk management
n
Internal audit and assurance
n
Regulatory compliance across aged care and disability services
n
Incident, complaints and serious incident response
n
Policy, systems, and continuous improvement
n
Building a robust risk, safety and compliance culture
n
n
You'll play a critical role in bringing together two complex regulatory environments and creating a
coherent, practical governance, risk and compliance framework
that supports both operational excellence and quality outcomes.
What we're looking for n
We're looking for a senior leader who brings:
n
n
Significant experience across governance, risk, audit or compliance
n
Robust knowledge of the
aged care and/or NDIS regulatory environment
, or another highly regulated human services environment




n
Experience designing and embedding enterprise risk and assurance frameworksThe ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions
n
Strong Board, CEO and Executive stakeholder experience
n
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
n
The confidence to challenge, influence and provide trusted advice at an executive level
n
Formal qualifications in law, business, risk, audit, health, social care or a related discipline are desirable, with governance, risk or audit credentials highly regarded.
