Norwest Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant to turn cold calls into warm prospects, qualifying leads and booking appointments for the wider sales team. This is a fully office-based role five days a week with a solid base salary and uncapped commission.
You will generate outbound calls to prospective business customers, maintain CRM data, and work toward personal and team KPIs in a supportive workplace within a large national organisation.
