Lead, a senior role blending a deliberately reduced clinical caseload with protected time for leadership.

You'll remain clinically active while becoming a trusted senior resource, shaping clinical practice as the practice grows and working closely with the Managing Director and support teams. A 4–5 day week is typical, with one full day weekly for leadership duties.
