We are seeking an experienced
Senior Asset Manager
to lead the technical and commercial performance of a growing portfolio of
wind, solar
&
battery storage assets
. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who combines robust renewable energy expertise with commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills and a passion for operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include: n
n
Leading and mentoring a high-performing asset management team.
n
Driving performance, reliability and optimisation across renewable energy assets.
n
Managing contracts, budgets, governance and compliance activities.
n
Building solid relationships with key stakeholders, service providers and regulatory bodies.
n
Implementing data-driven processes,



digital systems and AI-enabled tools to enhance operational performance and reporting.
n
Supporting the continued growth and scalability of a rapidly expanding portfolio.
n
About You n
n
Proven experience managing operating renewable energy assets across wind, solar and/or battery storage.
n
Solid leadership, commercial and stakeholder management capability.
n
Experience within the Australian energy market, ideally across NEM-connected assets.
n
Engineering, project management or related tertiary qualification.
n
A proactive, outcomes-focused mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
n
n
