About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring every enquiry is handled with care and attention.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing inbound and outbound calls with warmth and professionalism
n
- Channeling customer enquiries and leads to the appropriate sales or service teams
n
- Booking and confirming service appointments accurately
n
- Following up on paperwork and ensuring customers feel supported throughout their journey
n
- Assisting with administrative support for Management
n
- Maintaining a welcoming,

Automotive experience is beneficial but not required - attitude and care matter more.
