This role is a Permanent full-time position on a 7:7 roster, rotating day and night shift. FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns, or DIDO from Mount Isa, Cloncurry and McKinlay shires.

n

As the Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering plumbing and hydraulic services that support structural remediation, refurbishment and construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.

n

Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

n

- Complete fault finding, repairs and system upgrades
n
- Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning activities
n
- Interpret technical drawings and project specifications
n
- Support project planning to minimise operational disruption
n

About the Candidate

n

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

n

n
- Delivering plumbing works within industrial, mining, and heavy construction environments
n
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs and upgrades to plumbing infrastructure
n
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to achieve quality outcomes
n
- Building solid working relationships with trades, contractors and project teams
n

n

Qualifications for this position are:

n

n
- Certificate III in Plumbing
n
- Current Plumbing and Gas Fitting Licence
n
- Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry
n
- Current Drivers Licence
n
