You willwork full-time(Mon-Fri) in an office environment gaining hands-on, practical experience and you will also complete a NATIONALLY RECOGNISED QUALIFICATION online during working hours! Most importantly, you will GET PAID all at the same time!

Duties include but are not limited to:

n

- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
n
- Administration, data entry, filing, and document management
n
- Onboarding new clients
n
- Distributing and following up on invoices
n




- Following up on other documentation from external stakeholders
n

n

Successful candidates will need to be:

n

n
- Confident in their written and verbal communication skills
n
- Passionate about customer service and have previously worked in customer service in either hospitality or retail
n
- Organised and can manage their time effectively
n
- A team player
n
