Job Description

Excellent People is recruiting a Customer Service Officer in Caringbah for a 6-week contract. The role involves making and receiving customer calls to understand and capture dealership experiences across sales and post-sales journeys.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, gather feedback, ask the right questions, build rapport, and escalate concerns when needed. This is an office-based, full-time hours, on-site role.
