Our award-winning Cronulla beachside office is seeking a passionate and energetic full-time Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. The role involves applying excellent technical expertise and client-focused skills across a range of estate planning and commercial matters.
Key responsibilities n
Asset protection
n
Wills and complex estate planning, including testamentary trusts
n
Incapacity planning
n
Succession planning for companies and trusts
n
Probate and estate administration
n
Superannuation
n
Business Structuring advice and commercial contracts
About you n
Minimum of 3 years' experience in estate planning or related areas
n
Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, and solid problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Strong attention to detail
n
