Burton Contractors is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a major civil construction project in Sydney. You will report to the Project Manager and take ownership of planning, coordinating and delivering works safely and efficiently.

You will supervise site personnel, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement while liaising with engineers, subcontractors and clients. A solid focus on WHS, quality and process discipline is essential.
