Development Careers is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the delivery team for a landmark mixed-use development on the Gold Coast. You will coordinate procurement, subcontractor contracts and cost reporting, with responsibility for tenders, claims and progress payments across the project lifecycle.
Role requires at least six years as a Contracts Administrator on major construction, plus a tertiary qualification in QS/CM/PM and solid stakeholder management.
