What We're Looking For

n

Proven experience supporting clients with dementia (essential)

n

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)

n

NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid & CPR

n

Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

n

Full working rights

n

Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID, Flu, Chicken Pox, hepatitis B, Whooping Cough and Measles)

n

Your Responsibilities

n

Providing compassionate, person-centred care

n

Personal care: showering, grooming, mobility support

n

Supporting routines in a calm, structured environment

n

Meal preparation and light household tasks

n

Transport to appointments and community activities

n

Accurate documentation and transparent communication

n

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients living with dementia.
