Casual Showroom Consultant - Royal Victoria Collection

Are you studying Interior Design, Architecture, Property Styling or a related field and looking for hands-on industry experience?

n

Banks Benchtops Arundel is seeking Casual Showroom Consultants to assist clients with Royal Victoria Collection (RVC) stone colour selections and showroom consultations.

n

This is a fantastic prospect to gain real experience within the kitchen, bathroom and interior design industry while working with premium engineered stone products.

About the Role

n

You will work directly with clients in our showroom helping them select stone colours and finishes for:

n

n
- Kitchen benchtops
n
- Splashbacks
n
- Bathroom vanities
n
- Bathroom walls
n
- Feature applications
n

n

You will also discuss:

n

n
- Stone thickness options
n
- Edge profiles
n
- Cleaning and maintenance
n
- Product suitability and usage
n
- Gas cooktop considerations
n
- General kitchen and bathroom design guidance
n

n

This role is heavily customer focused and sales driven.

n

You will:

n

n
- Gather project information from clients
n
- Assist with colour and design selections
n
- Help convert showroom enquiries into sales
n




- Ask for the sale and confidently follow through with customers
n
- Assist with offcut sales when required
n
- Maintain showroom presentation and sample displays
n

n

Once client information is gathered, it is passed through to our Sales Estimator team who complete quotations and assist with closing sales.
n Where possible, quotations may also be completed while clients are in the showroom.

Position Details

- Casual position

- Up to 20 hours per week
n
- Weekend work essential
n
- Additional weekday hours may become available
n
- Opportunity to move into a permanent part-time role for the right person
n

Showroom Hours

n

n
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
n
- Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
n

n
