Job Description

We're looking for a Guest & Property Coordinator to join our team. You'll look after our properties from end to end, making sure every home meets WHR standards before each stay. You'll also support our reservations function and look after guests. This is a hands-on role that suits someone who takes pride in presentation, loves getting things done, and enjoys working with people.

Key responsibilities

n

Carry out regular property inspections, audits, and pre-arrival and post-departure checks

n

Manage inventories, keys, remotes, lockboxes and access, and keep records accurate in Breezeway

n

Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping rectifications and follow-up inspections

n

Assist with damage assessments and supporting documentation after guest stays

n

Manage booking enquiries, reservations, amendments, cancellations and payments

n

Maintain calendars, pricing and availability across our booking channels

n

Assist with guest check-ins, meet-and-greets and guest concerns

n

Work closely with Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Operations and property owners

n

About you

n

Experience in property management, holiday letting,



hospitality or a similar role (preferred)

n

A sharp eye for detail and high presentation standards

n

Excellent organisation, time management and follow-through

n

Clear, friendly communication and good problem-solving skills

n

Confident coordinating contractors and juggling competing priorities

n

Able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks

n

Current QLD driver's licence and reliable vehicle

n

QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (preferred), or willingness to obtain
