Hours: Monday – Wednesday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

At Ballina Coast Dental, we’re all about great patient care, teamwork and creating a friendly setting for both our patients and our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be one of the friendly faces our patients see when they walk through the door, helping make their dental visit a positive one.

- Welcoming patients with a friendly smile
- Answering phones and helping patients with their questions
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing payments and assisting with health fund claims
- Updating patient records and completing general administration
- Working alongside our dentists and dental assistants
- Keeping reception and the daily schedule organised
- Assisting our team in the sterilisation room when required
- Helping with the cleaning, processing and preparation of dental instruments




- Pitching in and supporting the team to keep the practice running smoothly

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Confident communicating with patients over the phone and in person
- Organised and able to juggle a few things at once
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Happy to help with sterilisation duties and learn our practice procedures
- Reliable, positive and happy to be part of a team
- Previous dental, medical, reception or customer service experience is a bonus — but we’re happy to consider the right person without dental experience!
