Your New Opportunity n

Based in Devonport, Tasmania , this opportunity will see you producing accurate and high-quality residential and commercial valuation reports across a diverse property market, while meeting client expectations and turnaround timeframes.

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing business opportunities, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the region.

n

This position has a robust operational focus and requires the ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart n





We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded professional who combines strong valuation expertise with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

You will bring:

n

n
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualification
n
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status
n
- Strong residential valuation experience, with commercial experience highly regarded
n
- Excellent report writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
n
- Business development capability and the ability to build lasting client relationships
n
